Create a custom 22-inch-wide DTF gang sheet by selecting the sheet length that fits your project. Arrange multiple designs on one sheet to make efficient use of the available print area.
Available sizes range from 22 × 12 inches to 22 × 240 inches. The size selected represents the total printable canvas—not the dimensions of each individual design.
For the best print quality, upload high-resolution PNG artwork with a transparent background at 300 DPI and at the intended print size. Artwork is printed using the dimensions and layout submitted, so carefully review design sizes, spacing, orientation, and image quality before completing your order.
Our full-color DTF transfers include white ink and are suitable for cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. A commercial heat press is required for application.
Custom gang sheets are made to order. If Printing Vibez incorrectly produces your order, we can reprint it at no additional cost. Contact us with any issue so we can review it and determine how we can help.
Before you order
- Confirm that the selected sheet size is correct.
- Use transparent-background PNG files whenever possible.
- Prepare artwork at 300 DPI and at the intended print dimensions.
- Check that no designs overlap or extend beyond the canvas.
- Verify spelling, colors, orientation, spacing, and design sizes.
- Remove unwanted backgrounds and unnecessary empty space.
- Do not mirror the artwork unless the builder specifically instructs the customer to do so.
- Files are printed as submitted; low-resolution artwork may appear blurry or pixelated.
